The active rehabilitation program is a one-on-one unique program initiated by a certified kinesiologist to improve the client’s level of functionality. It helps to cope with injuries that occurred during a motor or car accident. Kinesiologists at MJ Physio are certified trained experts in the study of human movement and Physiology. We design a program that is injury-specific, effective, and safe for you. We at MJ physio hold active rehab sessions in both Surrey and Vancouver. We focus on gentle exercises that aim to strengthen and stretch your muscles. The sessions are not similar to your gym sessions, we customize each training session taking into consideration your condition, past experiences, symptoms, and injury.
