Krishna is a Registered Physiotherapist with 25 years of experience in clinical field of sports injury, musculoskeletal injury, and management. She has worked in hospital settings, out patient settings and chronic pain management, and occupational rehab programs, She has a master’s degree in sports Physiotherapy and a master’s degree in Psychology. She has additional training in Medical Acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada, Concussion Rehabilitation through shift concussion Canada, and vestibular rehabilitation through the American Institute of balance.
Rajwant is a Registered Physiotherapist from Vancouver BC. She is passionate about helping people become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. Her clinical expertise includes the evaluation and treatment of various musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. She also specializes in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Pelvic floor therapy. Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a specialist field of physiotherapy that assesses and treats the pelvic floor muscles internally and externally. Her mission is to provide evidence-based information to patients for managing pelvis floor concerns including incontinence and prolapse. Mohammed Sohel, a fully Registered Physiotherapist, completed his degree in Physiotherapy from India in 2017 and holds Diploma in General education with a Major in Kinesiology. He has over 5 years of experience in the hospital, private clinics, long term care; working with patients of all ages and injuries. He was a lead Physio at a renowned hospital in India for 3 years, where he worked closely with Orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, and Specialist physicians. In Canada, He works both in the private and public sectors. He has vast experience in the management of Physiotherapy related conditions especially soft tissue/MSK injuries, Post-surgical conditions, Acute care, Neurological Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Rehabilitation.
Ram is an internationally educated graduate with a master’s in orthopedic physiotherapy. He started his career in the year 1998 and in the past 25 years has worked in numerous hospital and clinic settings. He was the lead physiotherapist in a patient clinic in charge of the ministry of defense, muscat, Oman before coming to Canada. In the last 10 years, he has been a practicing musculoskeletal and orthopedic physio in the community setting in the lower mainland. Ram is specialized in level 2 IMS/Dry needling, and manual therapy ( Mulligan, McKenzie). He focuses on correcting body mechanics with hands-on approach and exercise-based rehabilitation protocols. Ram is an avid soccer player and founder of BC Super Kings Sports Club, a registered non-profit society focussing on community sports and events. He also plays cricket during the summer and also owns a cricket team, MJ Super Kings.

Elijah successfully completed his training at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. As a Registered Massage Therapist provides a high level of care to anyone who walks through the door and is passionate about seeing his patients achieve their goals. He has training and experience in (but not limited to); myofascial release, deep tissue release, joint mobilization, motor vehicle accidents, overuse injuries, manual lymph drainage, active rehabilitation, and chronic pain. In his spare time, he enjoys staying loyal to the Canucks and getting outside with his family.
Nathan is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy. During the intensive 20-month program he got the privilege to treat numerous patients during his clinic practicum at the college’s clinic and outreaches including varsity athletes, patients with headaches, neck, and back pain, and various other musculoskeletal or postural related conditions. Nathan strongly believes in taking the time to listen and thoroughly assess patients to return them to their optimal level of function. In his spare time, Nathan likes to stay active by working out and playing ball hockey and also spending time with his friends and family.
Shanta Poudel Pandey, licensed RMT completed her competency-based registered massage therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2018. During her academic tenure, she got an opportunity to enhance her skills and knowledge of treating various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. Shanta primarily emphasizes safe and effective treatment. She works together with patients to understand their existing condition, concerns, and expectations and then sets therapeutic goals that will help to safely treat the conditions and also prevent further injuries.
Pavan is a graduate of Douglas College’s Bachelor of Physical Education & Coaching with a Specialization in Kinesiology. He had the opportunity to participate in the 2-year co-op program in which he completed over 100 hours of volunteer experience at multiple physiotherapy clinics shadowing physiotherapists and being involved with treatments firsthand with athletes, motor vehicle-related accidents, and work injuries. Pavan is the head kinesiologist at Mj Physio specializing in active rehab, strength and conditioning, sports injuries, mobility, and post-op exercise protocol. With 5 years of experience, his favorite part of the job is learning about new injuries and expanding his knowledge! In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball with friends, hiking, watching sports, and spending time with his family/friends.
Born and raised in Southern Ontario, Dr. Jasmine Cheema has always wanted to work in the healthcare field to help others. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Guelph in 2018 with an Honours BSc in Biology, and then went on to complete her MSc in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences in 2019. Dr. Cheema has always had a passion for health and wellness, which led her to attend University of Western States in Portland, Oregon where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic with honours. She has a well-rounded treatment approach to a variety of conditions and injuries using spinal and extra-spinal adjustments, soft tissue techniques, exercises, cupping, instruments, shockwave, and Class IV laser. In her spare time, Dr. Cheema enjoys running, hiking, watching movies, and trying new foods!
